Facade Cleaning
The facade is the first impression that the building leaves - on visitors, clients, but also on the local community. Its regular maintenance not only contributes to aesthetics and reputation, but also extends the life of the material and protects the structure itself. At First Facility, we treat facade cleaning as a strategic part of the technical and visual maintenance of the facility, with a focus on safety, efficiency and long-term preservation of property value.
Regardless of whether the facade is glass, stone, metal, composite or classic - we apply appropriate cleaning methods, adapted to the type of material and degree of soiling.
What does the facade cleaning service mean?
High-pressure cleaning: We use specialized equipment for high-pressure cleaning (with or without chemicals) to remove stubborn dirt, soot, algae, mold, dust and atmospheric deposits.
Manual or mechanical cleaning of glass surfaces: For glass facades, we apply professional methods - including telescopic systems, height work and secured ropes, using means that do not leave marks or damage.
Specialized chemical cleaning: Where necessary, we apply means for the treatment of graffiti, grease stains, rust stains or other specific stains - in accordance with the recommendations of the facade material manufacturer.
Seasonal and periodic maintenance: We recommend regular cleaning of the facade - usually once or twice a year - depending on the location of the building, climatic conditions and exposure to pollution.
Protection and impregnation of surfaces: If necessary, after cleaning, we also apply protective coatings that prevent rapid redeposition of dirt and prolong the cleaning effect.
How do we organize the cleaning of the facade?
Inspection and assessment of the condition: Our technicians go to the field, assess the condition of the facade, the type of material, access conditions and suggest the optimal cleaning method.
Planning and securing the space: We organize the work outside the building's working hours, if necessary, and provide the work zone (lanes, signs, protection of passers-by) in accordance with the law and safety norms.
Training and certification of the team: All work at height is performed by trained and certified workers with experience in working with ropes, cranes and height equipment.
Documentation and reporting: Upon completion of the cleaning, we deliver a report with before and after photos, a description of the applied methods and possible recommendations for further maintenance.
