Reception Services

What do reception services include?

Reception and guidance of visitors: Friendly reception of guests, registration of visits, issuance of passes and guidance to users of the space - in strict compliance with internal security and access rules.

Tenant Communication and Assistance: Providing basic information to users, assisting with fault reporting, coordinating with other services (maintenance, cleaning, security) and supporting daily activities.

Telephone and electronic communication: Answering calls and emails, forwarding relevant information, maintaining records and providing administrative assistance as required.

Surveillance and access control: In accordance with the facility's policy, receptionists perform basic entry and exit checks, record shipments and monitor movement tracking systems.

First line of response: Responding quickly and appropriately in emergency situations, contacting relevant services and following defined evacuation and safety procedures.
