Winter Maintenance

Snow removal from access areas: We regularly remove snow from sidewalks, parking lots, access roads, ramps and stairs - manually and mechanically, in accordance with the configuration of the terrain.
Sprinkling paddy and salt: As a preventive measure, we sprinkle paddy, industrial salt or environmentally friendly materials to prevent slipping and ice formation - according to agreement and priorities.
Removal of icicles and snow from roofs: We organize safe removal of snow, ice and icicles from roofs, canopies and gutters - observing all safety procedures and hiring professional staff.
Drainage and drainage control: We regularly check and maintain drainage systems to prevent the accumulation of melted snow, the formation of ice and potential damage to the facade or foundation of the building.
