Caretaker Services
Concierge services in a modern building go beyond the classic technical support tasks – they are the first line of care for the functionality, appearance and safety of the space. At First Facility, we consider the concierge service as a daily operational support that ensures the continuity of the building's operation, the rapid resolution of minor problems and direct contact with tenants.
Our concierges are technically prepared, reliable and always available for interventions that do not require the hiring of external contractors – thus saving time and costs, providing building users with a sense of security and professional support.
What do concierge services include?
Fast technical assistance in the building: The concierge intervenes immediately for everyday problems – leaking taps, burnt out light bulbs, locked doors, power outages in small areas and other situations that require prompt but simple intervention.
Visual checks and monitoring of systems: Periodically conducts tours of technical rooms and common areas to check their condition and notes any irregularities that are reported to the technical team or responsible executors.
Minor repairs and replacements: Performs simple construction, plumbing and electrical work within the scope of competence – such as changing locks, handles, switches, basic parts of plumbing installations and other minor interventions.
